We accept payments from all credit card, bank transfers and e-money that you have.
After making a payment, you will receive a confirmation email, as a receipt for the order and please keep it as proof.

All teas are subject to availability and we will immediately inform you when the tea ordered is not available.

Orders already paid can’t return and canceled. Exception, the product delivered is damaged. Exchanged can only be approved if accompanied by including an unboxing video of the package, which is still blocked. So, you can send to our email.
